The Brief

With more than 300 offices across 18 territories globally, Robert Half are one of the most noted recruitment agencies, specialising in the finance and tech sectors.

For this project, we were tasked with planning and undertaking the social media content strategy across Robert Half’s social media channels, which included LinkedIn, facebook and Twitter.

As a part of the planning process, we were invited to their UK headquarters, situated in The Shard, London, to take part in a kick-off meeting, to ensure that we had a thorough grasp of what was required.

Our Strategy

We devised a comprehensive social media content strategy, which included a combination of both organic and sponsored posts, promoting Robert Half to their target audience.

A number of content variations were created, including animations, still images, infographics and downloadable assets. These were all produced whilst adhering to Robert Half’s strict brand guidelines.

Once the content had been created, it was then added into monthly content calendar, which reflected Robert Half’s marketing KPI’s. As a result, performance was assessed and reviewed on a regular basis, to ensure that the content was performing to the required standard, and that the strategy remained reflective of our agile methodology.

The Results

As a result of our work, we were able to increase engagement by over 600% year-on-year and conversions from social media by 170%.
