The Brief

iCandy are a well established, international pushchair provider offering unique, high end pushchairs and other accessories.

With such a large demand in an array of countries, iCandy came to us with the overall objective to build an online store, fully optimised for desktop, mobile and tablet.

Our Solution

Our idea was to develop the iCandy website into not only a streamlined eCommerce site, but an all-inclusive lifestyle hub.

Online shopping is now a big part of life and the use of mobiles and tablets is on the rise, so we wanted to create a streamlined ecommerce site that was responsive to a range of screen sizes and devices, in order to generate sales and increase conversions.

Once the site was launched, we were then tasked with the ongoing maintenance, online store improvements, and of course, continuous efforts to improve return on investment (ROI) by investing time into Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and A/B split testing.

To ensure all of our methods of producing the site were industry leading, full strategies, market analysis and deep insights into external high performing online stores was undertaken, equipping us with the a range of current and actionable data that could be utilised when creating the iCandy online store and throughout the maintenance process.

The Results

£1m

worth of new revenue

The iCandy ecommerce site has been a great success and along with our SEO and content work we have doubled the search engine traffic to iCandyworld.com.

By enabling customers to buy the pushchairs online, we have opened up a new revenue stream worth £1 million per year.

"The Source redeveloped our website using an excellent process including both high quality work and creative content. They have not only taken iCandy straight into the world of eCommerce, but they turned our shopping experience into an entire lifestyle hub by adding both extra value to existing customers and create a new stream of marketing to attract new customers."
