Hunters Property Group is one of the UK’s largest estate agent chains – with over 200 franchises and branches. They required an instant property valuation booking system to allow potential property sellers to arrange a home visit, at a time of their choice, by a Hunters valuation expert.
The system needed to integrate with Hunters back-office appointments system in order to offer available appointment times on the website, while referring customers details to the most appropriate branch that would be handling the appointment.
The Source built a bespoke valuation booking web app to sit on the main domain.
It’s design was considered from a mobile first perspective, due to the nature of Hunters web traffic. Users could quickly see available booking slots and submit their details.
The complexity of the app was to integrate with the estate agency software used by branches up and down the country.
This allowed the app to return accurate available time slots and then push the customers
request into the diary of the closest Hunters branch to the users location.

The valuation booking system has made it significantly easier for customers to arrange valuation bookings.
Hunters have reported an increase in valuation bookings of 28%, which translates into a significant increase in sales instructions and subsequent revenue.
