Incredible Event

The Brief

Deltic are one of the best known nightclub operators in the UK, running multiple famous brands including Pryzm, Atik and Oceana to name but a few.

They regularly run events in partnership with major drinks brands.

We were approached with a view to finding a way in which to promote their event with premium vodka brand Ciroc, the Ciroc Experience, which was being held at Oceana in Southampton.

The Strategy

The Source saw that this project could have several different purposes, which included creating a buzz around the event, generate ticket sales, and be used as an opportunity to gather data for future marketing campaigns.

We created a roulette style game, where users were able to interact with a spinning Ciroc orb in order to win great prizes, including free tickets to the event.

This Social App was built using a custom CMS, which included an integrated email automation system, meaning that prizes were easily distributed and there was an opportunity to upsell tickets to players who weren’t so lucky to win!

The project was a huge success, with Deltic selling out the event and collecting a significant number of GDPR compliant data entries.   This meant that Deltic could use this data to deliver targeted marketing campaigns to an audience who are likely to be interested in similar events.
