Head of Digital

If you’ve got a deep understanding of digital marketing, are a natural leader, and have the ability to conceptualise and deliver full service digital marketing campaigns, then we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Head of Digital to join our team at our head office just outside Leeds City Centre.

In this role you will:

• Provide exceptional support on the technical delivery of projects.
• Assist Project Managers in organising technical tasks for the wider team.
• Provide support on pitches and new business proposals.
• Mentor members of the team who have less industry experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Attend networking events.
• Contribute to Marketing Strategy for The Source.
• Aid in recruitment for the business.

It’s essential that:

• You have at least five years experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
• You have experience in a client-facing role.
• You have a thorough and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all things digital, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing.
• You have exceptional attention to detail and have a high standard of communication skills.
• You are able to mentor and lead by example, and are willing to impart your knowledge onto the wider team.
